S-IVBThe S-IVB was the third stage of the Saturn V moon rocket (and the second stage of the Saturn IB). Its single J-2 engine was used twice during lunar missions - first for orbital insertion after second stage cutoff, and then for Trans-Lunar Injection (TLI).
