The Downright Ignorant rocket is launched at BALLS 2 in the Black Rock desert of Nevada on August 17, 1992.

Built by Dennis Lamonthe, Chuck Sackett, and Mike Ward, the Downright Ignorant stood almost 35' tall, weighed 800 lbs., and was 24" in diameter. It flew using one O-class custom motor, 5 Energon L1100 motors, and 8 ISP K1100 motors.
